The Technovit® systems 7100, 7200 and 9100 are stimulated to polymerise by hardener 1. For the cold polymerizing variants T7100 and T9100, the hardener provides the initial polymerization. With the light-curing T7200, the hardener is used to stimulate polymerization when embedding thick and solid specimens that cannot be penetrated by light.

The hardener is packaged in bags of 1 g and is available in packs of 10.
