*Depending on the shipping zone, number of packages/canister deliveries, higher shipping costs may arise, which are determined in individual cases and taken into account when invoicing (e.g. island surcharges). Any import taxes and customs duties incurred shall not be borne by us and may be invoiced retroactively by the shipping service provider. We mainly deliver with DPD. The shipping service provider may vary depending on the type of product delivery or the country of destination. The shipping costs consist of the actual shipping costs according to the valid price tables of the respective delivery service, toll and diesel surcharges, surcharges for hazardous goods transport and a packaging cost share. Chemicals are shipped in approved dangerous goods packaging. The costs for this are included in the lump sums.
You can pay the ordered articles directly after the order comfortably by PayPal. In addition, we deliver our goods usually against open invoice with 14 days payment. However, we expressly reserve the right to request payment in advance and will contact you accordingly if necessary and send you the invoice in advance. Public institutions, institutes, hospitals and companies receive longer payment terms on request.
After receipt of your order your order will be processed as soon as possible. Goods in stock that were ordered before 12:00 a.m. are usually made ready for dispatch on the same day. Goods available at short notice or chemicals to be freshly manufactured are shipped as soon as they are ready for shipment.
The duration of the packages is usually 1-2 days within Germany.
Special and express shipping is possible at an extra charge. Please ask for the conditions by phone or email.
