Phosphortungstic Acid - Acid Fuchsine
Phosphotungstic acid fuchsin solution is used in in vitro diagnostics as a staining solution for tissue samples. It enables the visualization of cell structures and improved differentiation between different tissue types. Specific staining of cell components, such as cell nuclei and cell membranes, can identify and diagnose morphological changes, inflammation, tumors or infections. This solution is an important component in histological and cytological examination of biological specimens.
Phosphotungstic acid - acid fuchsin is a component of SHOOBRIGDE polychrome staining and is primarily used for staining and differentiation of various cell structures. Acid fuchsin selectively binds to specific tissue components and accentuates them with a characteristic reddish staining, while phosphotungstic acid acts as a mordant to enhance and stabilize the staining. The resulting intensity and color variation of the staining allow effective discrimination and analysis of cell structures.
