Toluidine Blue for Araldit embedded sections
Methylene blue for Araldite sections is a single solution used in medical diagnostics, histology and scientific laboratories. The solution consists of glycerol anhydrous (C3H8O3), methanol (CH3OH), distilled aqua. / deionized water (H2O), phosphate buffer pH 6.9, methylene blue (C16H18ClN3S) and azure II (C15H16N3SCl). It is a component of staining kits such as the Araldite Staining by ADAMS Kit.
The use of this solution is particularly suitable for staining Araldite-embedded tissue sections. Here, methylene blue and azure II interact with various cellular structures, allowing differential staining. The chemical reactions that take place during the staining process are based on the binding of the dyes to specific cellular components, such as nucleic acids and proteins.
The chemical properties of the product, such as the solubility and reactivity of the dyes, enable precise and uniform staining of tissue sections.
