Staining Kit: MASSON’s Original
In addition to visualizing connective and supporting tissues, the kit offers the ability to highlight cytoplasm, muscle tissue, erythrocytes, and fibrin in a distinctive red, allowing for the differential evaluation of these cellular components. In addition, the kit allows the staining of cell nuclei in a striking black-brown, making these structures particularly visible.
In addition, the kit is able to visualize basement membranes in blue and stain elastin in a bright red. This enables a differentiated view of these tissue structures and increases the diagnostic value of the staining.
By combining these specific stains, the MASSON staining kit (original) enables a comprehensive and differentiated view of various tissue types and cell structures and is therefore an indispensable tool in histological research and diagnostics.

Instructions / Protocol / Recommendations
Verwendung:
The MASSON staining kit (original) is a high-quality set for trichrome staining in in vitro diagnostics and histology. It allows differentiated viewing of cell structures and tissues, especially connective and supporting tissues in blue color. In addition, cytoplasm, muscle tissue, erythrocytes, fibrin can be visualized in striking red, cell nuclei in black-brown as well as basement membranes in blue and elastin in bright red. The kit is indispensable for histological research and diagnostics due to its comprehensive and differentiated staining capabilities.
Prinzip:
The functional principle of the Masson staining kit is based on the selective binding of various dye components to tissue and cell structures for in vitro diagnostics. Hemalaun binds to nucleic acids and stains cell nuclei blue. Acid fuchsin ponceau stains collagen fibers red, while phosphomolybdic acid and orange G selectively stain elastic fibers and cell plasma. Light green is used to stain cytoplasm and intercellular substances green. Acetic acid is used as a diluent to adjust staining intensity. The kit enables differentiated visualization of cell and tissue components for histological examinations.
