SAFELINE INCLUDAL A, consisting of aqua bidest, gum arabic, fructose and potassium acetate, allows samples to be embedded while maintaining a neutral pH. The addition of potassium acetate provides effective pH regulation, allowing this medium to be used in a variety of applications, including various staining kits.

The chemical ingredients play an essential role in the formulation. Gum arabic, a natural polysaccharide, serves as an adhesive and helps stabilize samples. Fructose acts as an osmolyte to maintain osmotic balance.

The use of SAFELINE INCLUDAL A offers the advantage of improved preservation of sample microstructure during staining and subsequent analysis. It allows clear and detailed visualizations, increasing the quality of the results.
