The chemical composition of PBS Stabilization Buffer with PAGGS-M & Histidine I allows it to maintain a stable pH and appropriate ionic strength, which is critical for maintaining the structure and function of proteins and other biomolecules. The substances it contains, such as glucose monohydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, adenine and guanosine, help maintain redox balance and prevent protein aggregation. Mannitol acts as an osmolyte and protects cells from dehydration. Histidine serves as an additional pH buffer and increases the stability of proteins.
