Instructions / Protocol / Recommendations
Verwendung:
The staining kit silvering according to from KOSSA (KRUTSAY) is an in vitro diagnostic product used for staining of neurofibrils in microscopy. It is used to visualize calcifications (black) in modified implementation and is suitable for plastic embedding. The solution contains silver nitrate, FARMER's attenuator, nuclear red, sodium thiosulfate and sodium carbonate formalin according to KOSSA, which in combination allow effective staining of nerve structures and thus support accurate examination of neurological processes.
Prinzip:
The silvering kit according to von KOSSA (KRUTSAY) consists of several components which are used in histology for staining cell and tissue structures. Silver nitrate binds to anions, such as phosphates and sulfates, in tissue structures. FARMER's attenuator is used to reduce the silver ion to elemental silver. Nuclear red is used for counterstaining, while sodium thiosulfate acts as a fixative. Last, sodium carbonate formalin according to KOSSA stabilizes and enhances the staining. Overall, this kit allows effective and specific application in in vitro diagnostics for imaging and identification of various tissue and cell structures.
