Instructions / Protocol / Recommendations
Verwendung:
Milligan's Trichrome staining kit is a special solution for in vitro diagnostics used for histological examination and visualization of various tissue types. The combination of chemical substances it contains enables selective staining of muscle fibers, collagen, connective tissue and cell nuclei in tissue samples. This staining technique is used in medical research and diagnostics to visualize and distinguish morphological differences, structural changes and disease states in various tissues, such as lung and skeletal muscle.
Prinzip:
The Milligan Trichrome Staining Kit is a versatile staining system for tissue highlighting in in vitro diagnostics. It is based on the principle of selective binding of staining agents to specific tissue or cell structures. The main components are potassium dichromate hydrochloric acid, acid fuchsin, phosphomolybdic acid orange G, phosphomolybdic acid and Fastgreen. For example, acid fuchsin binds to muscle fibers, enabling their visualization. Orange G helps to selectively stain collagen structures, while Fastgreen is used to label cell nuclei and cytoplasm. The combination of these staining agents enables complex histological examinations and comparisons of different tissue types and allows pathologies to be identified.
