Staining Kit: CROSSMON’s Trichrome Staining
The kit contains the following components:
1. Weigert Stock Solution A and Weigert Stock Solution B: These two reagents are combined to obtain a hematoxylin solution used to stain cell nuclei in blue.
2. Acid fuchsin orange G solution: This solution stains cytoplasm and muscle fibers in red.
3. Phosphotungstic acid 1%: Used to differentiate red staining and stain collagen fibers in orange.
4. Light green - Goldner III: This solution is used to stain collagen fibers in green.
5. Aniline blue (Masson C): Used to stain collagen fibers in blue.
Note: Aniline blue and light green can be used alternatively to show collagen fibers in different colors. Both dyes are included in the staining kit and provide users with flexibility in selecting the desired staining.

Instructions / Protocol / Recommendations
Verwendung:
The CROSSMON trichrome staining kit is designed for histological and histopathological applications and enables differentiated staining of tissue structures such as connective and supporting tissue in tissue samples. With this method, collagenous fibers and reticular connective tissue (green-blue) can be differentiated from cytoplasm and muscle tissue (red), erythrocytes (orange) and cell nuclei (black-brown). The kit consists of specific stock solutions and dyes for optimized and reproducible staining, and aniline blue and light green can be used alternatively to differentially visualize collagen fibers.
Prinzip:
The Crossmon trichrome staining kit consists of various staining components that specifically bind to different tissue or cell structures. In in vitro diagnostics, this enables differentiated visualization and analysis of tissue samples. Weigert stock solutions A and B stain cell nuclei, acid fuchsin orange G solution binds to acidic structures such as cytoplasm and muscle fibers, phosphotungstic acid serves as a mordant and enhances the binding of the dyes to the tissue. Light green goldner III stains collagenous fibers and aniline blue (Masson C) binds to mucopolysaccharides and basement membranes. The combination of these dyes creates a detailed and high-contrast image of the tissue structure.
