This solution has a greenish-blue color and can be used in chemistry and laboratory for various applications. One of the main uses of ammonium ferric sulfate is as an oxidizing agent in the synthesis of organic compounds. In addition, it is used as a precipitating reagent for the quantification of phosphates.
